If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to address your concerns and ideally turn your frown upside down! Should you wish to return an item or make an exchange, we will accommodate you based on our Returns & Exchanges policy.
All products from Athlete Inspired are designed in-house and manufactured to our exact specifications and standards. All merchandise is inspected prior to packing and shipping. If however a defect in manufacturing is discovered within 30 days of receipt, we will most certainly rectify the situation. Simply contact us so that we can help!
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@athleteinspired.com and we will provide you with instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Once an RMA number is issued, your returned shipment is expected back to us within 10 business days.
Please note: Merchandise must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as when received. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
All returns will be refunded the full payment amount.
There is no additional charge for even-exchanges. Should the item being exchanged be more or less than the original item’s price, an adjustment will be made accordingly. Customer is required to pay for return shipping back to Athlete Inspired. We cover shipping via First Class Mail for your exchanged item.
Sizing, Colors, Materials and Care
Sizing – Necklaces
Necklaces are offered in standard lengths: 16, 18 and and some 20 inches. * 16-inch necklaces typically sit around the collarbone. 18-inch necklaces sit a little below the collarbone. 20-inch approximately 1.5 inches lower than 18. Which size is right for you is a personal preference. The following guidelines will assist you in determining your ideal size.
To find the ideal length for a necklace that will sit just above your collarbone, use a measuring tape to measure your neck and add 2 to 4 inches. This will offer a loose, comfortable fit. If you prefer more of a choker style, select the next size smaller than your measurement. For necklaces, most are comfortable when they sit at the collarbone and typically women measure at 16 to 18 inches and men typically measure at 18 to 20 inches
Sizing – Bracelets
Bracelets are offered in standard lengths: 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8 inches etc. (The "average/standard/off the rack retail size" is 7") * To determine the ideal size, start by measuring your wrist with a tape measure at the point at which you would like the bracelet to sit with your arm at your side. Add approximately .50 to .75 inch to the measurement of your wrist. This will give you a loose, comfortable fit.
* Necklace lengths and bracelet circumferences vary per piece. Not all pieces are offered in all lengths.
Colors & Materials
The colors displayed on this website may vary slightly from the piece you receive. This is due to a variety of factors: 1) There is no assurance that all computer, tablet and phone displays portray colors the same way. The quality, settings and age of displays can influence color. 2) Materials come from different dye lots over time. While quality control is of high importance, slight variances are unavoidable. 3) With age and wear, colors of leather and metals oxidize and fade slightly. Metals used in our products are stainless steel and zinc alloy.
Care and Cleaning
For the longest lasting “new” look it is best to remove jewelry products before swimming, bathing or applying cosmetics or perfume. Chemicals found in swimming pools, open water, cleaning products and cosmetics may damage the finish and metals in jewelry.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from excessive humidity, moisture and sunlight. Storing in individual zip lock bags will help protect your jewelry over extended periods of time.
Tarnishing of jewelry metals may occur due to the natural oxidation when they are exposed to air. To remove tarnish simply clean with an anti-tarnish jewelry cloth. Do not clean with liquid jewelry cleaners.

Athlete Inspired uses email very little these days to send out promotional materials and announcements. We rely almost exclusively on permission-based social media for such activities. Sites such as Facebook and Twitter. (If you are not a fan or follower already, we invite you to Like Us or Follow Us!) Recipients of email messages who no longer wish to receive communications from us can unsubscribe from our list at any time. (We won’t take it personal.) If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please contact us at info@athleteinspired.com to request removal from our list.
Payment Processing & Security
Orders placed on athleteinspired.com are facilitated using the PayPal Payment Gateway. All payment information is encrypted using industry-leading technology for your safety. A Secure Socket Layer or SSL certificate serves as a digital “passport” that allows data to be transmitted over secure networks protecting sensitive information, such as financial and credit card transactions. We do not maintain any personal financial information from our customers post payment.
Upon completion of your order, a receipt will be emailed to you. If you should have any concerns about your order or details of your transaction, please email us at info@athleteinspired.com The merchant name on your credit card or bank statement will read ATHLETE INS.
Wholesale Information
In addition to online sales directly through the Athlete Inspired website, we support the channel with wholesale pricing for most products. If you are interested in reselling merchandise from Athlete Inspired, we’d love to speak to you. We offer a variety of arrangements to our partners, including: Low inventory, no minimum ordering and direct drop-ship to your customer. Retail displays are also available.
